**Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator** **Job Description** Operate a bulldozer to raise or lower terrain to the specified grade by following markings on grade stakes or hand signals. The role also includes servicing and making normal operating adjustments to the equipment. **Responsibilities** + Operate bulldozer in successive passes to achieve specified terrain grade. + Follow markings on grade stakes or hand signals to guide operations. + Service and make normal operating adjustments to equipment. **Essential Skills** + Experience with bulldozer operations (1 to 3 years). + Knowledge of construction techniques. + Working knowledge of OSHA regulations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with DOT regulations (preferred but not required). + Proficiency with fine grading and GPS systems like Tremble GPS and Topcon. + Dependability, productivity, effective communication, adherence to policies and procedures, and a commitment to working safely. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy 5-10 hours of overtime weekly and the opportunity for permanent placement based on performance.
