Learn more at https://skilled.peopleready.com/referral/ . **Responsibilities:** + Demolition and underground utilities of the fire damaged residential homes + Operate heavy equipment such as backhoe, bulldozer, skid steer, and mini excavator + Use equipment with scoops, shovels, or buckets to dig, move, and load earth, gravel, and rock + Spread and level asphalt or concrete for roads and other structures + Check oil, water, and tires, and perform other routine maintenance **Qualifications:** + E-Verify: Eligible to work in the U.S. + Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment on commercial and/or residential construction sites required + Certification/License to operate heavy equipment is a plus A criminal background check may be required.
