North Hill Resources operates as a landscaping supplier for the Skagit Valley and surrounding communities. The primary purpose of The Heavy Equipment Operator position is to operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, dozers loading up clients with product etc. This position will also be responsible for setup, inspection, and performing minor maintenance on equipment as needed.
This position is Part Time: Monday & Tuesday. As needed to cover for vacations etc.

Essential Responsibilities
+ Operate heavy equipment - loaders, excavators, dozers.
+ Setup, inspect & perform minor maintenance on equipment.
+ Accurately and safely load trucks & trailers.
+ Keep a clean and safe work environment.
+ Excellent customer service skills
+ Ability to cooperate, collaborate and communicate with clients and management.
Qualifications/Knowledge/Abilities:
+ Experienced as a Heavy Equipment Operator for 2+ years preferred.
+ 18+ years old
+ Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
+ High School or equivalent (required)
+ Drug Free Business
+ Clean driving record
+ US Citizen
Compensation Range : The salary range includes the minimum, midpoint, and maximum base salary values. A candidate's offer can vary depending on differentiating factors, including but not limited to education, training, or experience.
+ Non-Exempt Hourly $20-$30.00 per hour DOE
