Start your new career as an Industrial Forklift Operator (Heavy Equipment), or "Big Red," with MAU at T2Earth in Appling, GA. As an Industrial Forklift Operator (Heavy Equipment), you will ensure alignment with assigned production, shipping, and packaging tasks, including retrieving and disposing of supplies and raw materials. Additionally, you will assist in inspecting, de-stacking, and securing first-quality products that meet customer expectations. Prior experience operating a forklift with a 30,000 lbs. lift capacity is required.
What We Offer Pay of $19 per hour First Shift | 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Overtime when available Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Opportunity for Advancement Referral bonuses What We Are Looking For High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of related experience Minimum of 1 year experience operating a forklift with a 30,000 lb lift capacity Strong attention to detail Solid technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks, including stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, and twisting What You Will Do As An Industrial Forklift Operator Ensure accurate transactions by maintaining 100% accuracy in physical inventory counts and system entries Understand and apply the approved attributes of dimensional lumber, including cleaning boards of residue and buildup Inspect each kiln-dried board individually for quality Clean each board using the appropriate manufacturing equipment Verify correct identification, labeling, and packaging for targeted bundles Log downtime, production totals, and processing information in logbooks or report verbally to leadership Consistently meet or exceed performance effectiveness criteria Perform additional duties as assigned
