Three of these are located in Hungary: in Budapest, Szekszárd, and Balatonboglár. Currently, we have more than 250 colleagues, but we are continuously expanding. Our partners come from a variety of sectors, including the automotive industry, commerce, insurance, energy, banking, streaming services, and more.During your daily work, you can expect the following tasks:
On this project, after the training period, you will be equipped with all the necessary knowledge to assist the customers of one of the world's largest streaming service providers.
+ Handling and administering incoming calls and chats from customers through a ticketing system.
+ Engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
+ Offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
You are an ideal candidate if:
+ You speak Hebrew at an advanced level (C1) and English at an intermediate level (B2).
+ You communicate well and correctly both verbally and in writing. (Experience in Customer Service is an advantage.)
+ You are flexible with shifts and are looking for a full-time job (including evening and weekend work).
+ You have at least a high school diploma.
+ You have confident computer skills.
+ You perform your work conscientiously and precisely.
+ For foreign nationals, possession of a Residence permit or Student visa is a must.
