Are you ready to embark on an adventurous journey and explore the world of HEINEKEN? We are excited to announce the launch of our Global Graduate Program (GGP) – designed to fast track your career and develop you into a future leader at one of the world’s most renowned brands.
About the Program:
Our Global Graduate Program is a three-year path that consists of three rotations, each lasting six months, and will take place in your chosen area of Operations. After the rotations, you’ll have the opportunity to spend the next 18-months working in a full-time role at Heineken USA (HUSA), located in White Plains, NY (USA).

Our Operations team is responsible for all supply chain activity including demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, customer services, and logistics. Criteria & Conditions
Education: A bachelor’s degree; A Master’s degree is valued. Work Experience: No prior work experience is necessary – we are seeking new graduates or those who have graduated within the past year with up to one year of experience. Languages: Fluency in the English language is required. Work Rights: The right to work in the US is required. Travel Flexibility: Global exploration can’t happen from home! We require all GGP associates to be globally mobile.Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $92,000 + Annual Bonus Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision + Matching 401k Plan Vacation: 20 Days Paid Vacation & Unlimited Wellness Days $200 Monthly Beverage Allowance Hybrid working schedule: 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; in White Plains, NY)Your Future at HEINEKEN

How to Apply & the Selection Process
Application Submission: Upload your CV and cover letter through our application portal. Application period is from January 23rd – February 17th. Online Assessments: Take the online assessments. They will be based on situational behaviour scenarios, so no need to prepare anything in advance. A cognitive test is also part of the online assessment. This will take place the week of February 17th. Interviews: Upon completing the online assessments, we will be in touch to let you know if your application has been successful. You will then be invited for two interviews. We’re aiming to hold these around the week of March 3rd and March 10th. Assessment Centre: Then it’s time for the in-person assessment centre, where you will participate in various activities and evaluations. We’re planning this for the week of March 28th.
