Required Skills:

Familiarity working with PCs and operating systems

Strong documentation skills and ability to work within a ticketing system (ServiceNow ideal)

Desired Skills:
Experience with Microsoft suite tools like Office, Excel and Word would be ideal
Experience utilizing AD for password resets
Experience supporting applications would be a plus
Experience working in a healthcare organization would be a plus
Certifications are a plus
Description of Role/Responsibilities:
Are you an eager and passionate technical Service Desk professional that is interested in working within an enterprise organization? Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking professionals that have tremendous customer service skills and an aptitude to learn! This candidate will be responsible for providing phone support for various systems and hardware. Out ideal candidate will have previous knowledge and experience providing remote support for requests ranging from password resets, Microsoft authenticator, phone system support, etc. Customers are all internal to the organization but could vary from cafeteria workers, internal IT members, finance employees, physicians, etc.
