Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in the Paper/Packaging industry, located in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, managing hardware and software, and maintaining the data center environment. Responsibilities • Provide technical support via chat, phone, and in person • Coordinate and execute workstation setup and maintenance • Oversee the imaging of PC/laptop hardware • Handle the setup and connectivity of printer and other hardware • Perform basic troubleshooting to resolve hardware and software issues • Install and upgrade hardware and software as needed • Maintain a stable data center environment • Address software problems and perform software upgrades when necessary • Assist in maintaining accurate customer credit records.
