Help Desk Analyst
**Job Description** BAE Systems under the High-Performance Computing Modernization Program Integrated Technical Services Contract II (HITS-U II) directly supports the DoD s High-Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP) mission. We deliver world-class commercial, high-end, high-performance computational capabilities to the Department of Defense's (DoD s) Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) community at the DoD Supercomputing Resource Centers (DSRCs). Currently we are seeking **Help Desk Analysts** to support the Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) DSRC located at the in Vicksburg Ms.The selected Analyst will provide a high degree of technical support and professionalism to the research communities of the ERDC DSRC.The Help Desk will respond to Tier 1 incidents. Key responsibilities include maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) that align with contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), evaluate user issues across the HPCMP Enterprise for commonality and communicate, respond to complaints, requests, troubleshooting, request from users and document these incidents in ServiceNow. The selected candidates should also be able to diagnose and resolve general technical problems which can vary from a simple to a complex nature with associated computer hardware and software. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + IT Help Desk experience + Bachelor's Degree or 4 years Help Desk working experience, or equivalent IT experience; candidates with Armed Forces college courses or Associate Degrees, extensive certification, and additional experience are highly encouraged to apply. + Security Plus Certification **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + ServiceNow, Remedy, SolarWinds or equivalent Help Desk application + IT Customer Support + Experience with Linux, Window and VMware + High Performance Computing + 8570.01M/IAT-II **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $66400 - $112880 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
