Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Florence, South Carolina. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our operations, providing technical support to our clients, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate data entry. Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues to ensure optimal system performance. • Provide phone and email support to clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. • Utilize ticketing systems to manage and track client requests and issues. • Handle printer repairs, addressing hardware issues and printer problems as they arise. • Ensure accurate data entry, maintaining and updating client records as needed. • Manage inventory and assets, keeping track of equipment and supplies. • Process claims as required, ensuring accurate and timely resolution. • Leverage your skills in Microsoft products, network troubleshooting, and basic computer hardware to support our operations.
