Beacon Hill is looking for a self motivated helpdesk technician ready to make a move in their career. This individual would have experience with Webex, windows, and ticketing systems. Responsibilities would include servicing the whole environment to provide different levels of support ranging from active directory to varying devices. If there is experience in the education field or with AV support that would be a huge plus.

Required Skills:

1+ year helpdesk experience

Experience with troubleshooting Windows 10 or 11

Experience with any ticketing system

Experience with Webex

Self motivated

Willing and able to learn

Team player mentality

Good communication skills

Desired Skills:

Education background

Experience with Canvas

Experience with Mac/apple products

Experience focused around AV is a plus
