Duties and Responsibilities:
Responding to, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software or other network and user system problems including system, printer, telephone, etc.
Improving network systems and configurations and determining related hardware and software requirements.
Installing, configuring and maintaining computer systems (Zero-Client, Mini PC, laptop), printer, scanner and user telephone.
Ability to write technical reports and analyze root cause errors.
Planning, coordinating and implementing daily actions to ensure the sustainability of IT services and operations in all three areas of client, network and infrastructure.
Holding meetings and effective interactions with IT unit personnel, other units, suppliers, and contractors.
Ensuring that network systems and services are compliant with IT unit policies and strategies.
Training users in using computer systems, printers, telephones, etc.

Qualification requirements:
Familiarity with network concepts, operating systems, servers, and infrastructure.
Proficient in Microsoft services.
Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and WSUS concepts.
Familiarity with ITIL concepts and IT service levels.
Proficient in installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, application software, telephones, printers, and cameras, and their activation and troubleshooting.
