Description of duties: - providing support service and responding by telephone to the technical problems of Central Bank and bank users, including branches and headquarters, merchants, money changers, end customers and installation and maintenance users - providing support to equipment and services The bank that the company's customers (banks and central bank) deal with.
Required knowledge and skills:
- Familiar with basic network topics (people who have completed Network+ and CCNA courses are preferred)
- Familiar with network equipment (router, switch and firewall) )
- Familiarity with programming method
- Familiarity with SQL Server, IIS, Windows Server, ITIL, HTML, CSS
