Description We are in the market for a Help Desk I professional to be a part of our team in San Diego, California. In this role, you will be handling various tasks including Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Database management. This role is integral to our operations, requiring you to interact with various systems like EO/IR systems and Active Directory. This role is Contract to Hire Responsibilities: • Administer customer issues and inquiries through the Help Desk and provide appropriate solutions. • Use your skills in Android Development to improve our mobile platforms and applications. • Employ your knowledge of Cisco Technologies to maintain and troubleshoot our network infrastructure. • Utilize Citrix Technologies to support our virtualization needs and resolve any related issues. • Oversee our database systems, ensuring they are well maintained and operate smoothly. • Work with EO/IR systems to manage and analyze electromagnetic and infrared data. • Leverage Active Directory to manage users and control network access. • Provide support for Apple Devices and Macintosh systems in our network. • Utilize your skills in Computer Hardware to troubleshoot and repair any hardware issues. • Take part in Configuration Management to ensure system consistency. • Assist in Deployments of new systems and updates to existing ones. Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development is necessary. • Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is required. • Understanding and experience with Citrix Technologies is expected. • Ability to manage and maintain databases effectively is crucial. • Knowledge of EO/IR systems is beneficial. • Experience in Active Directory management is needed. • Proficiency in handling Apple Devices is vital. • Strong understanding of Computer Hardware is required. • Experience in Configuration Management is necessary. • Should be able to handle Deployments effectively. • Familiarity with Macintosh systems is desirable.
