Our client is seeking a Help Desk Support to join their team. As a Help Desk Support II, you will be part of the IT Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively, which will align successfully with the organization.
**Job Title:** Help Desk Support
**Location:** Madison, WI (Hybrid - On-site required at least 50% of the time)
**Pay Range:** $23 - $25/hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide help desk capabilities and support for software deployments and installations.
+ Assist users with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and mobile phone support for both Apple and Android devices.
+ Utilize ticketing systems and provide guidance to other personnel as needed.
+ Perform a variety of complicated tasks while relying on experience and judgment to accomplish goals.
+ Engage in a hybrid work model, alternating between on-site and remote work every week.
**What's Needed?**
+ 2-5 years of experience in a Help Desk environment.
+ Proficiency in Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
+ Experience with mobile phone support (Apple and Android).
+ Ability to lift computers and related equipment up to 40 lbs.
+ Familiarity with Cherwell Ticketing, scripting, automation, Microsoft Teams, Intune, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager is a plus.
