Description
We are looking for a Help Desk Manager for overseeing technical support operations across multiple client locations. You'll lead a dedicated team, ensuring efficient resolution of hardware and software issues, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage and lead technical support team, providing guidance and support.
+ Develop and implement support processes to optimize efficiency.
+ Coordinate IT support across office and venue locations.
+ Oversee user account management using MS Active Directory, Office 365, and more.
+ Manage incident and request tickets through ITSM systems.
+ Coordinate large-scale IT projects like workstation moves and software upgrades.
+ Supervise call center phone systems and IT equipment asset management.
+ Provide on-site IT support as needed across various locations.

Requirements
Qualifications:
+ 10 years of technical support experience, with 5 years in a managerial role.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Experience troubleshooting MAC, PC, and mobile devices.
+ Familiarity with Office 365, Dropbox, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Box.
+ Leadership experience with ITSM systems (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk).
+ Strong Intune
