Job Description:

Team worker. Technical Support & Troubleshooting Data Management Hardware Management System Configuration & Customization (first-level support) Follows all relevant IT policies, processes, and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the function to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures. Responds promptly to inquiries from users on various non-routine queries related to the IT systems. Resolves less complex problems independently, for any complex issues; works in conjunction with senior colleagues or the vendors of the system or equipment. Communication & Management Skills. The ability to work under pressure. Ability to develop himself, read, research, and Keep pace with development. Ability to deal with several nationalities.

 

Education & Qualification:

Bachelor’s in IT Fresh Graduated Not Registered in GOSI in last 6 months
