Purpose of the Role
BGIS is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Help Desk Operator to support facility operations at a prominent public venue. Reporting to the Contract Administration & Help Desk Manager, you will coordinate service requests and maintain strong communication with clients, internal teams, and contractors.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, capable of multitasking, and enjoy working in a varied role that requires both administrative skill and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a shared inbox and inbound calls from clients, contractors, and team members Log and track service requests using a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Liaise with facilities managers and vendors to ensure prompt resolution Prioritise tasks and escalate critical issues as required Compile and review reports, assisting with trend analysis Maintain accurate records and support compliance with service standards Coordinate cleaning, security, and event-related service requestsEducation, Experience & Skills

This is a full-time, onsite role based at a high profile venue in Southbank. The position follows a rotating shift schedule (10 hour shifts) to ensure full service coverage. Hybrid work options are not available due to the operational nature of the site.
