Complete Description:
The candidate will provide help desk services for the Iowa Health Information Network (IHIN). They will setup users, reset passwords, inactivate/update users. They will also conduct portal training for new users and update technical documentation for the end user. Enter customer Opt-outs into the IHIN, they will run activity reports as needed. In addition they will conduct user acceptance testing for the IHIN Portal.
