Help Desk Specialist

Duties and responsibilities:
• Support and respond to users' technical requests in the field of software, hardware and network
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting computer systems and related equipment
• Solving users' problems via phone, email or ticketing system
• Registering and tracking users' requests and problems in the ticket management system
• Cooperating with the technical team to review and solving more complex problems
• Collaboration To update and maintain technical documentation and instructions
• Support network systems and servers in necessary cases

Eligibility requirements:
• Minimum bachelor's degree in related fields (information technology, computer engineering and...)
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience or familiarity with support software and ticketing systems
• Familiarity with computer hardware and internal networks
• Ability to explain and Solve technical problems in plain language for Users
• Ability to learn quickly
• Familiarity with basic network concepts such as IP, DNS, DHCP
