Help Desk Specialist I - Remote
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to join their team remotely. Manager is open to remote anywhere within the U.S. and open to any timezone. Duties: * Help Desk Specialist will provide support to end users for computer, application, system, device, access and hardware issues * Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems of moderate complexity * Responds to telephone, email and online requests for technical support * As a Help Desk Specialist, you will document, track, and monitor the problem using applicable systems and tools * May coordinate with other teams or departments to resolve user problems
