SCOPE
Provide the expertise, technical knowledge, and necessary resources to support SSASy in the following related areas:
Helpdesk Support
- User and Administrative Documentation
- Writing Administrative Procedures
- Assisting with Training
- Monthly Status Reports
- Administrative Tasks
Minimum Required Skills and Experience:
· Writing end user procedures for software applications, such as contracting writing systems, accounting systems, etc.
· One year of experience performing administrative tasks through the PRISM application user interface;
· One year of experience working on a PRISM helpdesk, responding to questions from various uses to include, but not limited to requisitioners, requisition reviewers and approvers, and contracting personnel; and
· Five years of experience in a helpdesk role supporting an application software program or package.
· Excellent communication skills.
