Help Desk Technician
Role Description:  
Ready to be the first line of tech defense at Executech? As our Help Desk Technician, you’re the superhero our clients rely on to tackle their trickiest tech troubles. From unraveling tangled software issues to banishing bothersome bugs, you’ll be the go-to guru who keeps their digital world spinning smoothly.

What You'll Do:Be the Problem Solver: Dive deep into diagnosing and solving a spectrum of technical issues, including but not limited to network setups, software conflicts, and hardware malfunctions.Tech Setups and Solutions: You’ll be hands-on with installations, configurations, and ensuring all tech aligns with client needs.Client Communication Champion: Develop lasting relationships through consistent and clear communication, ensuring clients feel valued and understood.Dynamic Prioritization: Manage a shifting schedule and multiple tasks with a cool head and careful attention to detail.Team Collaborator: Share knowledge freely, support your colleagues, and contribute positively to our team dynamic, helping us achieve collective goals.Key Requirements:Education and Experience: Degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Typical Working Environment:
A combination of work from the office and work on-site at client offices.
Work in a temperature-controlled environment with low to Moderate noise levels consistent within an office; staff, phones, and collaborative dialogue.

Physical Demands:
Regularly talk, hear, sit, use computer/peripherals, and drive.

Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position.
Typical work hours are Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Hours may vary to meet the needs of clients and business operations. This may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
