Help Desk Technician III - MIDS - 2200 - 600

HOW A HELP DESK TECHNICIAN III WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Associates of Arts/Associates of Science
● Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience

Two certifications are required for the program:

1. Security+ CE or another 8570 Cert

2. PWS 9.1 cert
