As a Help Desk/Tester for you will provide support to users of the Forensic Advantage Laboratory Information Management System. You will assist in configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Forensic Advantage LIMS. In addition, you will perform monthly functional application and interface testing using existing test cases, update test cases to reflect changes, and complete ad hoc report testing.
