Position Description Role: Legrand has an exciting opportunity for an IT Intern to join the Starline Team in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. Seeking a college student for a summer internship. The intern will assist in the IT Desktop Support tasks including Provide technical support for end users in person, via phone or remote access. The intern will learn about IT service management and ITIL framework, put that in practices, and participate in support general hardware and software technical issues under the instructions of senior IT members and desktop support Main Job Duties: + Assist IT onsite support team + Provide end user technical assistance + Provide in person and remote end user support + Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network issues Qualifications Education: + Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in an Information Technology discipline; At least 2 years of college education completed + Prior work or education experience in PC support.
