If you thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment committed to excellence, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! **What You Will Do** **Dermalogica is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our IT team onsite at our corporate headquarters in Carson, CA.** This in-person role offers the opportunity to provide hands-on technical support to employees across the office, while also delivering remote assistance to team members nationwide-ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and an outstanding user support experience. **Key Responsibilities:** + Deliver timely and effective technical support to on-site and remote users across the organization, ensuring a high standard of customer service. + Administer and maintain desktop computing environments, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and upgrades of hardware, peripherals, and software to ensure optimal performance. + Respond to incoming support requests via service desk tickets, phone calls, and email, ensuring issues are documented, prioritized, and resolved or escalated within defined SLAs. + Utilize remote support tools to diagnose and resolve user issues efficiently across geographically distributed teams. + Provide onboarding, technical orientation, and ongoing training to end users to promote self-service and system proficiency. + Track and manage IT equipment inventory, ensuring accurate documentation and supporting lifecycle planning and procurement. + Manage multiple support requests and projects concurrently, setting priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot mobile and tablet devices across iOS and Android platforms. + Assist with conference room technology and provide audiovisual (A/V) support during internal meetings and corporate events. **What You Bring** **Ideal Qualifications and Skills:** + Required: High school diploma. Preferred: Associate-s or Bachelor-s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. + Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Professional Certificate, or Microsoft Certified: Windows Client (MD-102) are highly recommended. + Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in an IT help desk or technical support role. + Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows environments, including hardware, software, and network-related issues. Familiarity with both Windows and macOS environments is a strong advantage + Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users. + Excellent documentation and reporting skills using tools like Microsoft Word and Excel. + Experience with remote access tools and ticketing systems is a plus. + Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed. + This is an in-person role based at our Carson headquarters; remote work is not available for this position. **The expected pay range for this position is $24.00 to $28.00 per hour.** The exact base pay is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, and budget.
