Job Description
Insight Global is hiring an Helpdesk Support Technician to support one of our Higher Education clients! We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of Helpdesk experience, use of ticketing systems, and experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux troubleshooting. This person will be trouble shooting about 10-15 tickets a day and supporting an environment with about 200-220 end users supporting applications crashes, outlook issues, and installing software. We are looking for someone who can be onsite 5 days a week in Playa Vista. We are looking to pay this person between $18-$19/hr depending on experience and seniority.

Skills and Requirements
2-3 years of helpdesk / desktop support experience
Experience using ticketing system (Zendesk) troubleshooting 10+ tickets a day
Experience supporting audio and video systems
Experience supporting an environment that is heavy in Windows, Mac, and Linux Strong customer service skills null
