Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in help desk support - 1 year Required.
Understanding of ITSM practices & working knowledge of help desk software/databases/remote control - 1 year Required.
Receive calls/inquiries, provide support, document incidents/remedies - 1 year Required.
Translate tech knowledge into actionable direction - 1 year Required.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
