**Job Type:** Regular **Time Type:** Full time **Work Shift:** Day (United States of America) **FLSA Status:** Exempt **When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives.** Hematologist/Oncologist at Mount Auburn Hospital – Cambridge, MA Mount Auburn Hospital, a Harvard Medical School teaching hospital and member of the Beth Israel Lahey Health network serving the greater Cambridge, Massachusetts area is seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist to join the growing Division of Hematology/Oncology. Mount Auburn Hospital care for a diverse mix of suburban and urban patients and are characterized by an exceptional and collegial working environment. The Oncology/Hematology Division’s clinical services include a busy outpatient practice, an inpatient consulting service and a comprehensive chemotherapy/infusion space. The division consists of 5 medical oncologists, oncology Nurse Practitioners, a robust Genetics program along with a full complement of oncology nurses and Nurse Navigators both in the office and in the infusion clinic. Job responsibilities include providing outpatient and inpatient care at Mount Auburn Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional care to a diverse patient population and also to participating in the education of our medical residents and Harvard Medical School students. The Mount Auburn Hospital oncology group provides a unique blend of stimulating and rigorous academic medicine and teaching, while maintaining a warm and collegial day to day work environment in a community-based setting. We would be particularly interested in someone whose primary interests were in benign hematology, breast cancer, or genitourinary cancer.
