Site Name: Colombia - Capital District - Bogota Posted Date: Jan 22 2025 El Gerente Médico de Hematología será responsable de proporcionar liderazgo científico experto y gestionar una amplia gama de actividades de la unidad de Onco-Hematologia relacionadas con productos asignados dentro del área terapéutica de Hematología. Responsabilidades Clave Liderar la estrategia medica local para abordar brechas de datos y avanzar en el entendimiento científico/clínico de los medicamentos del área de hematología. Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de interacción científica externa, incluyendo intercambios 1:1, juntas consultivas, educación médica, presentaciones en congresos y publicaciones. Proveer conocimiento experto sobre productos y enfermedades, y liderar actividades científicas que fortalezcan la confianza de la comunidad médica en los productos de GSK. Desarrollar y gestionar el plan estratégico médico local, asegurando su alineación con equipos globales y estrategias comerciales, y liderar planes de participación con clientes clave. Colaborar con equipos regulatorios y de acceso para demostrar el valor de los medicamentos de GSK y optimizar el acceso de los pacientes a tratamientos innovadores. Liderar estudios patrocinados por investigadores y gestionar publicaciones locales relacionadas con actividades de investigación. Calificaciones Médico o PhD en área de la salud con experiencia como gerente medico en hematología. Contar con 3 o mas años de experiencia en medical affairs en la industria farmacéutica Capacidad demostrada para aplicar conocimiento científico y liderar programas de investigación. Habilidad para gestionar relaciones con socios internos y externos, incluyendo expertos clave y partes interesadas globales. Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, pensamiento estratégico y colaboración con funciones comerciales. Comprensión profunda del entorno de atención médica y sus dinámicas regulatorias y de acceso. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, interpersonales y capacidad para desarrollar protocolos de investigación relevantes y significativos. Why GSK?
