Travel requirements: 80% Job Purpose As a Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) with in-depth knowledge of the Hematology therapeutic area and related GSK medicines, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and developing deep relationships with medical experts and community physicians within your region. Your responsibilities will include gathering insights, conducting pipeline reviews with healthcare professionals (HCPs), and identifying investigators and sites for clinical trial participation and recruitment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the field of hematology. You will engage with healthcare professionals, share scientific knowledge, and gather insights to shape medical strategies. By providing a field-based medical service that places the patient’s needs at the center of everything, you will build trust with healthcare professionals through a two-way scientific dialogue, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions in line with the GSK defined HCP engagement model. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to support clinical research and educational initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Engage with the external community to foster scientific dialogue, gather insights, and advance medical understanding, ultimately benefiting patients and consumers. Consolidate and communicate key insights to develop and execute innovative Medical Affairs strategies that highlight the value of our medicines and products. Establish and maintain compliant partnerships with the sales team and other commercial counterparts to ensure alignment and support. Support clinical research activities across various programs, including investigator-sponsored research, cooperative group research, collaborator research, and company-sponsored trials. Provide regular updates to the business on insights and opportunities, adapting individual healthcare professional (HCP) plans based on interactions and feedback. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all interactions, including reporting adverse events and planning educational programs, workshops, and scientific meetings. Why you? Basic Qualifications We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Medical degree (MD) or Pharmacy, or advanced degree in a relevant scientific field. Strong experience in hematology or oncology, either in clinical practice or the pharmaceutical industry. Strong communication and presentation skills in both Turkish and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical ethics and governance, along with a clear understanding of pharmaceutical compliance policies and procedures. Preferred Qualifications Strong experience in hematology Previous experience as a Medical Scientific Liaison or similar role. Familiarity with the Turkish healthcare system and hematology patient pathways. Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities. This role is field-based, requiring regular travel within Türkiye to engage with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
