As a Hemostasis Systems Service Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Your role:
You will manage complex technical investigations to solve customer issues and to identify potential product issues.You manage critical accounts and define and pursue appropriate action plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.You will collaborate with the Business Area in Marburg Germany to create and communicate interim and final solutions and you will disseminate relevant technical information.You will conduct knowledge transfer sessions including global calls and technical exchange meetings and will lead knowledge transfer of new product introductions and updates.You act as the interface between the global service organization and the business unit.You coordinate activities within the service lifecycle and support the implementation of the CS LD service strategy including monitoring of relevant service KPIs.You participate in international projects and project teams representing the service organization.Your expertise:
You are a self-starter and have a deep understanding of the Siemens Hemostasis systemsYou have proven troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skillsYou have demonstrated good documentation practicesYou have shown your ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersYou have an understanding of general clinical laboratory operations with 5+ years of experience in Healthcare or an FDA regulated industryYou have very good presentation skills in the customer environment, and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientationRequired skills to have for the success of this role
BS or BA in Biomedical Science, Biomedical Engineering or related Science/Engineering field or equivalent combination of education and experience requiredMinimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in a related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities, knowledge, and skillsMinimum of 3 years of Hemostasis instrument support experience preferred. Technical Support or RSC experience is an advantage. The base pay range for this position is
Min $104,000 - Max $156,000Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
