**PROGRAM OVERVIEW**
HRP is a 24-month rotational program for Adhesive Technologies.The program is designed toattract and develop a talent pipeline with accelerated knowledge of Henkel gained through immersive learning experiences, that leads to diverse career opportunities across ourAdhesives business in the United States.
During the program you will:
+ Be exposed to diverse aspects of the adhesive technology business through rotations, in different business units and divisions
+ Work on exciting tasks and own projects
+ Participate in individually tailored learning sessions that ensure your professional development
+ Receive high level of visibility and guidance from a mentor, subject matter experts and senior leaders throughout the program
Mobility is required. You will be required to relocate for your rotations to different Henkel Corporate sites during your 24-month program. Your first rotational location will be announced prior to your start date (Rocky Hill, CT, Madison Heights, MI, Bridgewater, NJ). Locations are based on business need and will be at one of our Henkel Corporate locations. At the end of the program, based on performance, you may be offered your next exciting role in one of our business units where the knowledge and expertise learned through the program will propel your career forward.

**What you'll do**
+ You will spend approximately 8 months in each rotation to gain experience in sales and a deep understanding of our exciting products and markets through rotations on our sales teams
+ Rotations will include, but not be limited to, our Portfolio, Inside Sales, and Account Management teams
+ Key projects or focus areas are identified for each rotation (examples: customer product line review preparation, portfolio SKU rationalization)
+ You will lead and support various aspects of key projects and present to internal and external leadership
+ The Sales Track will prepare you to succeed in future roles in our Adhesive organization
**What makes you a good fit**
+ Bachelor's degree in business and engineering or related field is required
+ Passion for technical sales with strong orientation towards value-based selling
+ 1-3 years of sales experience
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Excellent presentation skills
+ Problem solving and analytical thinking skills required
+ Demonstrated academic achievement (3.0 or above is preferred)
+ Demonstrated leadership ability and collaboration within teams (previous internship/co-op experience is preferred)
+ Excellent time management and organizational skills
+ Available for full-time employment in July 2025
The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $75,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
