Our client is seeking a skilled HEOR Manager to oversee health economics and outcomes research projects for external clients (pharma). This role involves managing HEOR studies, analyzing data, and delivering strategic insights to meet client objectives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality deliverables, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

HEOR Project Management: Design and execute studies like cost-effectiveness models, real-world evidence analyses, and literature reviews. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze clinical and healthcare data, develop materials such as economic models and value dossiers, and prepare detailed reports for clients. Strategic Input: Support the development of HEOR strategies to align with client goals and demonstrate product value. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and clients to achieve project objectives and ensure high standards. Business Development: Assist in identifying new service opportunities and supporting proposals to expand HEOR offerings (non targeted).

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Health Economics, Public Health, or a related field; PhD preferred. 3–5 years of experience in HEOR, healthcare consultancy, or a similar setting. Strong expertise in HEOR methods, including economic modeling, real-world evidence, and systematic literature reviews. Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation. Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
