As HEOR Manager, you’ll work alongside the Senior HEOR Manager on the development of health economic and outcomes evidence to optimise patient access to Sanofi products in the UK & Ireland. The role works collaboratively to provide HEOR solutions that support an integrated market access plan

Main responsibilities:
1. Develops submissions for new products or new indications to HTA organisations

Maintains up to date knowledge of UK/IE HTA guidelines and processes and keeps abreast of HTA developments to ensure that the most suitable methods are employedCollaborates with internal functions such as the commercial and medical teams on development of the submission and submission strategyProject manages the submission and response process and ensures all key stakeholders are kept informed of progress (internal and external)Manages external vendors as required

2. Generates HEOR evidence that demonstrates the value of Sanofi products and ensures optimal access for patients

Conducts landscape and gap analyses to support the development of an integrated evidence generation planWorks closely alongside Medical teams, field based colleagues and the Global HEVA/market access team in developing / evolving the evidence base/value messages for products to meet the needs of the UK/IE marketConducts high quality, timely evidence generation to support access to Sanofi’s portfolioProvides input into global evidence generation projects to ensure outputs will meet UKIE needsCollaborates with brand team to secure resource for proposed HEOR projects

3. Collaborates with new product planning team and global teams to formulate early UKIE plans for pipeline assets

Uses expertise to inform UK assessment of pipeline assetsSupports development of early evidence generation plansCollaborates with global team on early scientific advice projects

About you Master’s qualification in Health EconomicsExperience in HEOR either in agency and/or a healthcare companyHTA submission is a mustAttention to detail and organisation focusStrong team player with cross-team working abilityAbility to balance multiple priorities at the same time
