On behalf of our Client a global pharmaceutical company, IQVIA is looking forMarket Access and Pricing Specialist.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES:

Coordinate the local cross-functional team and external consultants, in alignment with the Strategic HEOR & Pricing Head, for the creation of P&R Dossier and adaptation of economic modelsSupport the Strategic HEOR & Pricing Head for the creation of a compelling pricing and reimbursement strategy for negotiation/renegotiations with the Italian Regulatory Agency (AIFA) to achieve the optimal P&R conditions and market penetrationIdentify data gaps and needs to support P&R strategy and products value communicationPropose, implement and coordinate HEOR activities to fill these gaps working closely with Value Access and Public Affairs, Medical and Marketing teams ensuring to meet the deadlines according to the P&R timelineCoordinate external activities and consultants with the objective of create a strong value proposition and winning pricing strategyStay informed of relevant evolving healthcare policy and reimbursement landscape at European, national and regional level to anticipate market access trends and regulatory requirementsMonitor the pricing & reimbursement landscape that could impact our products including innovative and successful initiatives of competitors/analogsCreate tools and maintain them constantly updated to monitoring new AIFA negotiation approach and timingAlignment with the HQ to keep them updated in terms of P&R Dossier preparation and strategy and HEOR activitiesSupport the Strategic HEOR & Pricing Head in the Pricing Reporting activity

WHO YOU ARE:

Scientific Degree or Degree in EconomicsAt least 2 years of previous experience in the same roleGood familiarity with simple financial modelling and pricing and project management skillsStrong analytical and synthesis skills, strategic thinkingAttitude to work in a multidisciplinary and highly complex environmentTarget and customer orientation (both internal and external)Excellent knowledge of English (both spoken and written)IT skills (e.g. Excel)Agile way of working is a mustCan-do attitude and strong digital mindset
