clerical support in the delivery of patient care within the Medical Assistant scope of education The Medical Assistant experiences continued training of all aspects of the Medical Assistant roleProvides direct patient care under direction of provider including but not limited to vitals allergy medical reconciliation screenings patient history health maintenance advance directives and virtual healthProvides indirect patient care related to the Medical Assistant scope of education including but not limited to scheduling check inout referrals chart prep and prior authorizations Conducts point of care testing including quality control and documentationPerforms administrative duties and covers front desk based on business needsFloats to other offices based on business needsPatient Service Coordinator Serves patients by greeting them answering routine questions registering patients and maintaining records and accounts Responsible for creating a positive patient experience by facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers and ensuring efficient office operations Responsible for scheduling appointments which will provide timely accurate friendly and clinically appropriate patient access The Patient Service Coordinator responds to incoming correspondence from patients caregivers healthcare providers and beyond in accordance with patient privacy and safety standardsDelivers exceptional customer service with the HHC brand experienceWelcomes patients in person or on the telephone and takes detailed messages as neededRegisters
