JR71824 HIG HBM Media Health Manufacturing Product Engineer (Evergreen)

As a Media Health Manufacturing Product Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, validating, characterizing, and qualifying Micron’s next-generation HBM memory products. This role involves ensuring optimized test coverage, supporting new product design verification, improving manufacturing yields, and collaborating with various cross-functional teams to meet product reliability standards and drive innovation.

• Semiconductor Industry Expertise: DRAM, NAND, storage technology, and memory systems.
• Test Program Development: Test program creation, validation, and optimization for high-volume manufacturing.
• Product Development: Product lifecycle management, new product introduction (NPI), and technology transfer.
• Data Analysis: Yield analysis, failure analysis, statistical process control (SPC).
• Cost Optimization: Process improvement, cost reduction methodologies, and resource optimization.
• Quality Assurance: Root cause analysis (RCA), quality management systems (QMS), and RMA handling.
• Risk Management: Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
• Innovation: Driving technical innovation, improving test coverage, and enhancing automation.
• Process Engineering: Conversion of quality and reliability processes to scalable manufacturing processes.
• Collaboration: Cross-functional team collaboration with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain.
