Parsons has an immediate opening for a Business Development Technical Writer to support our FCA Higher Education division.  In this role you will be providing proposal development support, including letter agreements with existing clients, RFP and RFQ documents, and supporting materials for proposal presentations. 

  SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Working with the FCA Division Higher Education Project Manager, other FCA personnel, and Parsons Business Development as needed, identify proposal requirements.
• Review schedules and budgets for labor and travel expenses for proposals.

• Drafts and revises proposal documents.

• Prepares presentation materials and obtains graphics for them, as needed.

• Attends proposal review meetings and run-throughs.

• Performs post-presentation evaluation to improve the overall quality of FCA proposals.

• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
4-year degree or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Salary Range: 

$25.34 - $44.33
