Highland Senior Living- CNA, HHA & Caregivers- Shift- **Recent Wage Increases**
Highland, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Home Health Aide to join our growing team!        Highland Senior Living is in Little Falls, Minnesota located off 3rd avenue, just down the road from Coborn’s! Our facility is a combination of Assisted Living and Memory Care Units, with a total size of 65 total units. Together we provide excellent care and support for our residents to Age Magnificently, check us out and join our team today!           Shifts Available: Full Time AM and Overnight HHA Wage: $17.00-$22.00 an hour- wage is based on experience    Shift Differential:  $1 for PM and $2 for NOC       Are you compassionate towards others?  Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others?  If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently!  Our CNA’s and HHA’s become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community.       In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:     CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.  Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.   Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.  Assist with medication administration.  Preferred Qualifications:     Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.  Strong interest in healthcare.  Positive, compassionate attitude.  Strong customer service and communication skills.  Benefits:     Annual reviews with wage increases  Paid time off & paid holidays  Medical, dental, vision benefits  401K + company match   Employee Referral bonuses  Tuition reimbursement and nursing loan forgiveness  Flexible scheduling  Career development
