CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Highway Section Manager- Indianapolis, IN to join our Infrastructure - Transportation/Highway & Rail Team at our office in Indianapolis, IN.

The Highway Section Manager- Indianapolis, IN, an important technical leadership role at CHA, leads an effective and productive team of technical professionals. The success i\of this professional is measured by their team's technical quality, achieving team utilization targets, engaging, and motivating their team to go above and beyond, and effective management of project budgets. Additionally, the Highway Section Manager- Indianapolis, IN organizes, directs, and coordinates activities associated with the project scope of work either individually or collectively with their team.

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field requiredProfessional Engineer (PE) license requiredMinimum 4 years' discipline specific engineering experience requiredDemonstrates a strong knowledge of the respective engineering discipline with the proven ability to practically apply engineering best practicesAdvanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)Familiar with QA/QC procedures and understands basic business practices and laws related to engineeringAbility to demonstrate leadership skills and effectively work in a collaborative environmentEffective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiences Proficiency with MS Office software requiredAn active role in a professional engineering society/organization preferred.
