JMT is seeking a Project Manager to join their Highways Group in Round Rock or San Antonio, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of complex projects and assists Office Leader and Section Heads with business development, financial management of projects, and management of staff at the local level.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Assist with strategic growth plan with office managers and practice leaders Assist with growth of market presence in area through marketing and business development Active participation in professional organizations Review project pricing and budgets Manage subconsultants Lead client presentations Manage financial budget for projects and allocate resources accordingly Lead the production of proposals Lead team preparation for project interviews Serve as a technical expertise resource to project engineers and technical staff Identify resources for staffing needs Assist with interviews and hiring of staff for the Highway Group Conduct performance reviews for staff based on input from project engineers on assigned teams
