HIM Lead (RHIA/RHIT Cert)
**Job Summary** The Health Information Management (HIM) Lead is responsible for training and monitoring of HIM functions including but not limited to one or more of the following: chart reconciliation, prepping/scanning, EHR task queues, unbilled, physician deficiency management and other functions as assigned by HIM leadership. **Essential Functions** + Provides training and onboarding of new staff in HIM processes + Monitors quality and productivity for assigned HIM processes + Assists with day to day HIM process as assigned + Provides stats related to assigned HIM processes to HIM Leadership + Assists with developing/implementing action plans for HIM processes that are not meeting standards + Performs other duties as assigned. + Complies with all policies and standards. **Qualifications** + H.S.
