Responsible for assuring that medical records are received, identified, scanned, indexed and analyzed according to hospital policy and the Joint Commission/CMS standards. Minimum EducationHigh School Degree or GED. Minimum Work Experience• Six (6) months of clerical experience required, hospital experience preferred. Required SkillsComputer and data entry skills in a business or educational setting strongly preferred.Customer service skills preferred.Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy is preferred.
