Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HIPAA Compliance Specialist to ensure our organization adheres to all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience conducting HIPAA audits, in-depth knowledge of privacy laws and healthcare compliance, and the ability to develop, implement and monitor controls effectively. Responsibilities: * Conduct HIPAA assessment to identify compliance gaps, ensure adherence to regulations and recommend corrective actions * Provide training and guidance to team on HIPAA requirements and best practices * Develop detailed documentation to maintain compliance * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure controls ae implemented effectively * Maintain records of all compliance activities, audits and corrective actions
