📝 Job Description:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will:

Assist in the preparation and coordination of RFPs/RFQs, ensuring proposals are accurate, detailed, and align with client requirements.Review and implement change requests as directed by architects and managing partners.Support the Marketing Director in executing marketing campaigns, social media management, and brand development.Maintain and update marketing materials, project portfolios, and firm qualifications.Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.Assist with internal and external communications, including writing and editing content for marketing materials, press releases, and newsletters.Manage and update the firm’s website and social media platforms to reflect ongoing projects and company updates.Coordinate networking and business development efforts, including industry events and client outreach.Maintain organized documentation of proposals, marketing assets, and business development data.💼 Essential Skills:Marketing: Social media, digital marketing, marketing campaigns.Top Skills: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Architecture, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or proposal writing, preferably in the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and CRM software is a plus.Familiarity with architecture, engineering, or construction terminology is preferred.Excellent communication skills and ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback.🏢 Work Environment:This position is 100% onsite, with a team of over 210 staff members across three locations: NYC/LI, Boston, and Orlando.Work within multiple studios, including Commercial, Workplace, Retail, Banking, and Healthcare.Business casual dress code.We are an extremely well-respected firm in the industry, known for our strong company culture and amazing tenure across all departments.We prioritize diversity and inclusion and regularly host social events such as parties, town halls, and sponsored outings.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
