Part of a large corporate accounting team consisting of over 60 professionals. You will report to the Airline Billing Manager with a dotted line to the Controller. The work environment is friendly and business casual, with a high volume of workload due to the company's growth through acquisitions in multiple states. The position was created to help with the workload during two FMLA leaves, with potential long-term opportunities based on performance and company needs.
Our Ideal Candidate:Dedicated Sr. Accounts Receivable Associate with 4+ years of experience in an Accounts Receivable roleStrong experience in invoicing and billing processesStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and/or Pivot Tables)Experience collecting payments and reconciling accountsMust be a proactive individual with a go-getter attitude who can work effectively under direction
Job Responsibilities:Research and identify the payments received and allocate them to the correct accounts and outstanding invoicesConstantly reconcile and update customers' receivables to reflect what is still outstandingHandle invoicing and ensure accurate billing processesManage cash applications and reconcile payments to accountsWork with vendors and suppliers to resolve any billing issues
Additional Skills & Qualifications:Experience with Netsuite is preferred but not required.Experience in the travel industry is a huge PLUS!

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
