Responsibilities: * Providing compassionate personal care and hygiene assistance to our valued clients, including tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. * Assisting clients with mobility and transferring as needed, ensuring their safety at all times. * Administering medication following care plans and documenting accurately to ensure proper care. * Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients' physical, mental, and emotional condition, prioritizing their wellbeing. * Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for our clients, ensuring their comfort and security. * Assisting with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation, ensuring clients' nutritional needs are met. * Supporting clients in participating and engaging in social and recreational activities, promoting their mental and emotional wellbeing. * Effectively communicating and collaborating with clients' families and healthcare professionals to coordinate and implement care plans. * Documenting and maintaining accurate records of the care provided, ensuring a complete and thorough understanding of each client's needs. Requirements: * Hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA) certification. * Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar caregiving role, demonstrating your expertise and dedication. * Be familiar with the principles of elderly care and health/hygiene standards, ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients. * Ability to work independently and follow care plans, showcasing your professionalism and attention to detail. * Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect with and understand our clients' needs. * Exhibit a compassionate and patient nature, providing comfort and reassurance to our clients. * Have the physical ability to lift and transfer clients, ensuring their safety during mobility assistance. * Successfully pass a background check and drug screening, prioritizing the safety and security of our clients. * Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, ensuring prompt and reliable attendance.
