Responsibilities Source and screen resumes of potential candidates who specialize in a variety of native languages. Use different recruiting methods, such as social media, job boards, and referral programs to identify and engage potential candidates. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and experience. Communicate regularly with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and candidate requirements. Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
